This layer consists of a winter resistant insulated jacket and winter resistant insulated pants.
The winter costume is original (statutory) sewn from modern micromembrane fabric. The lining fabric is high-quality, dense, durable, does not wipe for a long time. The suit is warm, does not restrict movement, the fabric does not turn brown in the cold, up to -40 degrees without strong wind is quite comfortable. 
Jacket 
-it is convenient to fasten in any conditions: in the cold with gloves. 
- the hood is comfortable, deep, reliably protects from strong wind in the cold. The hood is not removable, it does not blow from the back. The volume of the hood can be adjusted using a tightening elastic band with a plastic clip
-two large side pockets with vertical zipper entry
-two patch pockets with Velcro flap on the sleeves
-the sleeves are trimmed with long knitted cuffs
-the jersey is soft, elastic, does not prick
the lining is quilted
-on the inside of the left shelf there is a large and wide zippered document pocket
Trousers
-straight cut, with special tucks in the knee area for ease of movement
-the trousers are thick, warm, light
-the knitted cuff is high, about 8-9 cm, dense, elastic, soft, does not prick, fits the leg well
-the waistband of the trousers is trimmed with a soft fleece fabric on the inside
-fastened with two buttons
-ordinary plastic zipper
-two large deep pockets on the sides of the trousers, fastened with a zipper
-suspenders are included with the trousers
